Terms of service.
What you buy
A personal, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course in My learning for as long as the course is offered, including updates. Course content may not be resold, shared or republished.
Prices and payment
Prices are in USD and shown before checkout; applicable tax is shown by Stripe before you confirm. Payment is processed by Stripe. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and access is granted.
Delivery
Courses are delivered digitally in My learning immediately after payment confirmation. You consent to immediate delivery at checkout.
Instalments
If you choose monthly payments, you authorise the agreed number of automatic card charges shown at checkout. The total equals the price; no interest or fees are charged. Access starts after the first payment and is paused while a later payment is overdue. You can ask support to settle the remaining balance early.
Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy (14 days, less than 25% completed), in addition to mandatory consumer rights.
Liability
Courses are educational material; results depend on how you apply them. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law; otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the course concerned.
Law
Slovak law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
