Data we process
Your name, email and billing country; your orders; your course access, lesson progress, quiz results, private notes and activity in My learning (lessons opened and completed, sign-ins); certificates you issue (their verification page shows your name, the course and the date to anyone who has the certificate ID); support messages; and basic security logs. Stripe processes payment details on its own pages; we never receive full card numbers.
Why
To deliver the courses you bought (contract), to provide support, to keep records required by accounting and tax law, to prevent fraud and resolve payment disputes (legitimate interest), and to send updates only if you subscribe.
Sharing
With Stripe for payments, our hosting provider, our email provider for order emails, and professional advisers where needed. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept as required by law, generally up to 10 years. Learning progress and activity are kept while your access lasts and for up to 3 years after your last order. Support messages for up to 3 years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and complain to a supervisory authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). Learners can download their data and request deletion from My learning → Account.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and storage: your cart, and a sign-in cookie for My learning. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
