HOW IT WORKS
How course access works.
Everything you buy here is digital and delivered in My learning, our learner area. Nothing is shipped.Signing in later
Open My learning and enter the order reference from your confirmation (it starts with CWA-) together with the email you used at checkout, or request a one-time sign-in link by email. There is no password to remember. Every order unlocks all of your courses.
Inside a course
Lessons are grouped into modules. Each lesson has written material, a worked example, key takeaways and often an exercise, plus a private notes field. Mark a lesson complete to move on; the course page shows your progress and where you stopped.
Quizzes and certificate
Each module ends with a short quiz graded instantly, with an explanation for every answer. Pass every quiz (75%+, unlimited retakes) and complete every lesson to issue a certificate of completion with a public verification link.
Downloads
Worksheets, templates and checklists for each course can be printed, saved as PDF or downloaded as Markdown to use in your own documents.
How long access lasts
Access is lifetime for as long as the course is offered, including content updates. If we ever retire a course, enrolled learners keep access for at least 12 months after the announcement.

Use My learning → Support to ask about a lesson, access, a receipt or a refund. Replies appear in the same conversation, usually within one business day.
