Business Storytelling

Find, shape and tell true stories that help colleagues, customers and investors understand and remember your point.

A good business story gives people a situation they can picture, a problem they care about and a change they remember. This course shows you how to find true stories in everyday work, shape them with simple structures such as situation–conflict–resolution and before–after–bridge, and pair them with the right number. You will adapt stories for pitches, case studies, about pages, team updates, presentations and interviews, tell them honestly and keep a story bank so you are not starting from scratch each time.
